Gateway – TDUKNET Repeater Group currently uses Zello for its gateway link and is used across multiple platforms (Windows, iOS & Android)

Our Zello link hardware consists of repurposed computer equipment, Specifically, a HP Prodesk is utilized in conjunction with a Baofeng UV-5R radio.

Our gateway also transmits the hourly station identification on the primary VHF repeater and manages connectivity to our internet gateway.

Raspberry Pi 3 B+ devices are employed to link our repeaters through AllStar Link. Although this configuration is currently under testing and not yet active, once the UHF repeater is deployed at a strategically selected location, it will enable seamless native transmission and reception across both repeater systems.
